I am so impressed the way Caroline spoke to our son throughout his test - the way she spoke to him was reassuring and put him at ease. The tests were thoroughly explained to him and Caroline was so patient when he didn't quite understand. The results have been very thorough and we now look forward to moving ahead and to getting him the help he needs to progress in school.
