Caroline was so professional and helped put my daughter at easy as she was very nervous. It was easy to organise her coming and over to our house and she was so friendly and nice in all our correspondences. She was organised and clear with all her instructions.
Afterwards Caroline chatted about her general feelings and told us when the report would be due. We then received the report exactly when she said we would and it was clear and concise. I gave copies to the school and they were able to work from the clear suggestions and start helping my daughter straight away.
I would thoroughly recommend Caroline to anyone who is thinking of having their child privately assessed, she was wonderful!
